Thank you for deciding to volunteer with Zero Food Waste Calgary! To tackle the 1/8 Canadians who face food insecurity, our national non-profit was founded in 2019. Now, in 4 other Canadian cities we have rescued hundred of thousands of pounds of food and served thousands of meals as a result. YOU can be the reason someone doesn't go to bed hungry:

Volunteer Driver: Responsible for picking up food from our partner food providers and delivering them to the assigned charity (Usually takes under 1h30min per pickup/ delivery). Must have a driver's license and reliable access to a car.

General Volunteer: Volunteering at our monthly fiestas, fundraisers and general events. Everyone is welcome to sign up! If you are below the age of 13, parent supervision is required.
