RSVP Mothers Protecting Mother Earth - No Potomac Pipeline Action
For the past year, Marylanders across the state have stood up against the TransCanada's Potomac Pipeline. We have hosted rolling encampments, paddled against the pipeline, joined hands across the James Rumsey Bridge and most recently surrounded Governor Hogan’s mansion, asking him to keep his fracking promise.

After all of this, Governor Hogan is still set to approve the dangerous fracked-gas pipeline. With just days left before the final decision is made on the Potomac Pipeline, we are coming together, asking that you join in a sit-in at Governor Hogan’s mansion in an act of civil disobedience.

We are asking for mothers and grandmothers to come out in force to join us as the protest will be centered around the theme of mothers protecting mother earth and urging Hogan to stop the pipeline for future and current generations. All are welcome to attend.

If you wish to participate in the civil disobedience action, we will coordinate legal support and work with the Capital police to coordinate the action and determine the procedure for arrest and release. We will also provide legal support and representation after the action.
