Current Epic families can register for the 2022-23 season starting at 9:00am Monday, June 6th. As of Saturday June 11th...the registration is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Please fill out this form and you will be registered in the order of receipt. This form may be used in lieu of an email or phone call. The form will be added to a cue combined with emails, so no need to email. If you are registering for multiple classes, please list them below. If a class sells out, we will contact you to see what back-up class might work for you.

Epic staff will apply ALL discounts including the Early Bird, Returning Student and Sibling Discounts. If there are any questions, please let us know on the form and a staff member will contact you before we process the registration.

You can opt to pay in full or take advantage of a tuition payment plan. The $30 non-refundable registration fee will be added to the 1st payment installment.

IF YOUR CHILD IS AUDITIONING FOR A DANCE TEAM, we can place them in a class but no payment will be taken until after Audition placements are finalized.
