Room Setup / Cleanup Request Form
  • Room set-up requests must be submitted to Logistics and Hospitality 30 days before the event. 
  • Ministries must plan to support cleanup. 
  • The room must be reserved before submitting a request.
  • After receiving the request, someone from the logistics team will contact you to discuss layout options. 
  • All request forms can be found at https://mthopeva.org/request-forms/.
