Room Setup / Cleanup Request Form
Room set-up requests must be submitted to Logistics and Hospitality 30 days before the event.
Ministries must plan to support cleanup.
The room must be reserved before submitting a request.
After receiving the request, someone from the logistics team will contact you to discuss layout options.
