Feel Better Fast

Thinking about individual counseling? Try Feel Better Fast (FBF) first! FBF is an educational workshop designed to help students manage distress and learn basic coping skills, including relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and general self-care. It is open to all interested students (graduate and undergraduate). FBF includes three 90-minute workshops for 3 consecutive weeks, and students may attend any of the 3 sessions.
