Player Registration Form
Welcome to the 2020 softball season!
Listed below is information you will need to familiarize yourself with in order to make this a successful and fun softball season.

The cost is $60 for one athlete and an additional $40 per athlete after up with a cap of $140. After March 7th, a $20 late fee will be charged. Once your registration is received, you will get an invoice to your email address within a few hours. After that is paid, your athlete is considered registered. If your athlete brings a friend to play who did not register last year, they will receive a $25 gift card to use in our concession stand!

Each athlete will be provided with a full uniform before the first game, this includes a shirt, shorts, socks and visor. Athletes should have a glove that fits no smaller than a 11" ball and any athletes born from 2002-2012 should have cleats (no metal bottoms). All other equipment such as helmets and bats will be available for use at the field.

Any athlete who is new to the organization born between (2009-2002) or is moving up to a new division due to age will attend team selections on *Sunday March 22nd*. You will receive a separate text notification in regards to location and time IF your athlete should attend.

Athletes should attend our annual team meeting. At this meeting they will meet their coaches and their team mates. This is a great opportunity to break the ice for any athletes that are nervous about starting a new sport! All meetings will start on time so please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time. Meetings will last 45 minutes each.

Farm (2012-2010) 10:45am
Minors (2009-2007) 11:45am
Majors (2006-2002) 12:45 am

We have one small fundraiser to keep our registration and league fees down. Each athlete will receive (30) cash calendars which will be sent in the mail. Athletes will be required to sell (20) at the cost of $5 a piece. Every athlete that sells (30) calendars will receive a personalized prize! Only one prize her athlete. Winners for the cash calendars will be announced at our annual family day.

Family Day is one of our favorite days of the season! *June 6th* is on our schedule for a day of games, fun, food and family! During family day we will have a parade of the athletes and we will announce winners for cash calendars and athletes will received their calendar prizes. Save the date!
