New Roots Charter School                                    New Student Application for Enrollment          2026-27 School Year 
By filling out this form you are communicating your intent to enroll your student in New Roots Charter School for the 2026-27 school year. Please fill out the form completely. 

All students are welcome to submit an application, regardless of home district. Residency in NYS and eligibility to attend grades 6-12 are the only requirements to attend. 

Our enrollment season closes on April 12th, 2026. In the event that we receive more applications than there are available seats, we will hold a lottery on Monday, April 13th, 2026. Applications received after April 12th will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, as space allows. 

Please fill out this form for each student you wish to attend.
