The prestigious conference of the Service Design Network will gather world class service design cases, talents, innovators and other players.

The Service Design Global Conference has been organised for 18 years since 2008 and took place in cities around the world. The latest gathering in 2025 was hosted both in Dallas and online.

The Service Design Global Conference 2026 (SDGC26) is organized by the Service Design Network (SDN) in cooperation with World Design Capital Frankfurt RheinMain 2026. World Design Capital® is an initiative of World Design Organization (WDO)®.

Frankfurt is recognized as one of the world’s 20 most liveable cities—an inspiring place to live, work, and create a global gateway, perfectly positioned at the heart of Europe.
