Mentor Nomination Form
Mentor North is dedicated to serving youth in the Twin Ports through one-on-one, community based mentoring. We're looking for positive adults that are ready to make a difference in their community. If you know someone that would make a great mentor and role model for a youth in Duluth or Superior, please nominate them below. You are welcome to nominate multiple individuals, including yourself!

As a reminder, our program requirements are listed below: 
  • 18+ years old
  • Residing in Duluth, Superior, or surrounding communities
  • Agree to spending 4 hours/month with a mentee, for at least 1 year
  • Successfully complete the full mentor screening process including interviews, orientation, and a background check
  • Commitment to being a supportive and accepting adult
