2024 GWB Car Camping Registration
Please fill out this form if you plan to have your vehicle or any large structure with wheels (trailers) in your camping area instead of at parking and need a parking pass. Please fill this form out by Sunday, June 2, 2023 at midnight. 

A "Parking Pass" allows you to keep your car at your campsite. We ask you to please park out of sight as much as possible, and/or decorate and conceal your car so as to avoid "parking lot-itis" at our event.

You must have a parking pass BEFORE the event to be allowed to park at your camp. You will be notified if your application is approved. Upon arrival, let gate know that you were approved for a Car Camping Parking Pass. This pass should be visible so volunteers know you have permission to be parked near your campsite.

There will be no car camping allowed on the Esplanade.

VEHICLES ARE NOT TO BE DRIVEN ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT YOUR CAMP. EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE AT THE DISCRETION OF PARKING ASSHOLES AND ONLY IF YOUR VEHICLE IS APPROVED FOR SHUTTLE TRIPS. SHUTTLE DRIVERS *MUST* BE SOBER.

RVs are given special consideration, and those wishing to bring an RV to Gateway Burn must submit a separate application, available here: https://forms.gle/L4cuU29jmnxe66gE6
