The Classroom Leaders of Color fellowship is an opportunity for Boston-based early career classroom teachers of color. Educators of color deserve the support, resources, and community necessary to flourish in the profession and to ensure all students, particularly students of color, have more happy, healthy, and thriving veteran educators of color.
Apply to be a CLOC Coach/Mentor where veteran Educators of Color with shared identities will meet the specific needs of early career educators of color, while developing, maintaining, and improving the skills and tools to increase their input, impact, and income, towards a more sustainable profession.

2024-2025 Program Schedule:
In year one of the fellowship, fellows will participate in ten month program from September 2024 - June 2025. In the first year Coaches and Mentors are required to attend a combination of in person and virtual development sessions, participate in monthly classroom observations, and lead monthly one on one coaching and mentoring meetings. Coaches and mentors must make themselves available to attend all required development sessions.
Required Qualifications Four or more years of classroom teaching experience
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited US college or university
Employee in good standing in their current school/ district employment
Previous instructional coaching experience
