Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • All scheduled classes must be paid for.

  • No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full.

Assumption of Risk & Liability
I understand that participation is voluntary and agree to release the Company, its tutors, contractors, and agents from liability related to participation, except where prohibited by law. I confirm the student is in good health to participate.

Medical Authorization
In case of illness or injury, I authorize the Company and its representatives to obtain necessary medical care if I cannot be reached. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Policies for Parents

Thank you for choosing World Language Online Academy & Tutoring Services. Please review and agree to the following policies.

All sessions are parent-supervised as required by the charter school.

Cancellations: Lessons must be canceled by 6:00 p.m. the night before the scheduled session. Missed lessons or late cancellations will be charged in full.

Please ensure your child is prepared and in a quiet learning environment. If the student is late, contact the tutor immediately. Tutors will wait up to 10 minutes before ending the session.

Do not copy, distribute, or use copyrighted, proprietary, or confidential materials without written permission.

This includes lecture recordings, assignments, course materials, or any other content not explicitly authorized for sharing.The Company reserves the right to update these policies at any time.

Do not share or post on social media confidential information, contact details, or any content that shows face, name, voice of teachers.
