Terms and Conditions.

I, the undersigned, am the parent and/or legal guardian of the child named in this document. I hereby give my child permission to participate in classes run by Arlin N.Baymus , World Language Online Academy & Tutoring Services. I hereby waive in advance any and all actions, causes of action, and/or claims, including but not limited to those involving personal injury or property damage, which I may have or which may hereafter accrue to me, my heirs, or other successors as a result of the student's participation in any activity or activities incidental thereto (hereinafter referred to as "the activity") sponsored by the company. This is intended to release and defend the Company, its employees, contractors, and agents. I understand that my child needs to be in good health before participating in the activity. I understand that serious accidents may occur to participants during such an activity, including transportation to and from the activity and during the activity itself. Knowing these risks, I expressly assume them and agree that I, or any of my heirs or successors, will not bring any claim or action against the Company or its employees, contractors, or agents.I hereby acknowledge that I may not be available to provide consent for medical treatment if my child becomes ill or injured while participating in an activity with the Company. If I am unable to provide such consent, I want my child to receive the best medical treatment available. THIS FORM AUTHORIZES THE COMPANY AND ITS STAFF OR AGENTS TO ACT ON MY/OUR BEHALF IN RESPECT OF ANY REQUIRED MEDICAL TREATMENT DECISIONS AND CONSENTS UNTIL I AM ABLE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE.I agree to assume financial responsibility for all expenses and bills incurred in any emergency requiring medical attention.


Policies for Parents
Thank you for choosing World Langauge Online Academy & Tutoring Services. We make every effort to ensure that your experience with us is everything you hope it will be. To assist us with this process, please review, sign, and return the following policies to the address or email address listed above.

A parent or guardian must be present throughout the lesson, whether at home, in the library, or on campus.

To cancel or postpone a lesson, parents should contact their tutor by 6 p.m. the night before the session. Instructors are very adaptable and will gladly accommodate your schedule. Failure to cancel on time or miss a lesson will result in charge of the full lesson.

During the session.
Please ensure that your child is prepared for the start of each lesson. Choose a suitable working environment for the session. If your student is late for the lesson, please make every effort to contact the instructor right away. The instructor has been told to wait at least 10 minutes before leaving the lesson site.
