NEW PROCEDURE: The 2019 application process will be done ONLINE! Exhibitors can complete an online application to be reviewed by the festival committee. Those exhibitors approved for festival participation will be contacted via email and sent an invoice for their exhibition fee. Invoices can be paid online via credit card or by check or money order. An 10% Early Bird Discount will be applied to all invoices issued before Feb. 1, 2019.
The event is intended to be held OUTDOORS. Exhibitors are expected to provide their own tents. Michiana Wine Festival will be held rain or shine. A rain plan will only be implemented if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
Festival set-up begins at 6 am and no vehicles will be allowed to enter after 9:30 am.
Vendors expected to be ready to sell by 11 am (VIP hour).
All vehicles must be off the festival grounds no later than 10 am.
Festival information packet will be sent to all exhibitors in early April. Staff passes can be picked up upon arrival.
Limited electricity may be available on the day of the festival.
Festival will make every attempt to keep like exhibitors apart.
