Tai Chi Wednesday-Summer Reading Event
Library's rock by helping you relax and get healthy. This summer Tai Chi Instructor Pat Wilson teaches the basics of this ancient Chinese art every Wednesday from June 6 to July 18 in the Naomi Lane Room. Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Please note there will be no class on July 4th.

Wilson has taught Tai Chi throughout the Marshall/Albion area and welcomes any skill level to the class.
