Please complete this form if you are a Vendor-Only Participant - If you are also attending the event as a guest please look for the vendor section in the conference registration form.  Then, hit the submit payment button to submit your vendor fee.  If you are a speaker/presenter, Just let us know you want a vending space when you talk with one of the organizers (Josh, Indy, Andy, or Lyn).

We are only accepting vendors who produce handmade/homemade items.  Any edible items must have a license.  If applicable, please email a photocopy of your license to director@homrplacefarm.ky
Vending Acknowledgement
Please acknowledge the following statement:  I have read and understand all the rules about vending during this event at Homeplace on Green River and I agree to comply.  I understand that by typing my name below, I am officially acknowledging I have read and understand the rules and policies and that my vending booth will be open for business and staffed at least from noon to 4:oo pm Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, September 17.
