LMSA Midwest Regional Conference Volunteer Application (Medical Students Only)

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2026 LMSA Midwest Regional Conference. We recognize that this year has been financially challenging for many medical students, and we want to support our students in as many ways as possible while still ensuring a successful conference experience.

This volunteer opportunity is open to medical students ONLY and is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with up to 10 volunteers total. Volunteers must be available to assist on both Friday and Saturday of the conference, with a minimum commitment of 4 hours each day.

In exchange for completing all required volunteer hours, volunteers will receive free conference registration. Please note the following important details:

Volunteers are required to purchase a conference ticket upfront.
Reimbursement will be issued after the conference once all volunteer hour requirements have been fully completed, and acknowledged by the Midwest Executive Board.
Gala tickets are not included with volunteer registration.
You are responsible for all other expenses, this is only an offer for conference ticket reimbursement.
Being a speaker for a panel or workshop does NOT count for volunteering, please see available tasks below.

Selected volunteers will be contacted with additional details regarding assignments, schedules, and expectations.
