For Current TERP Employers Paying the Living Wage or Equivalent with Benefits
I have read and understand the following document: “About the Thrive! Employer Recognition Program”.
The employer applying for recertification pays all employees the most up-to-date living wage rate ($13.25/hour) or equivalent with basic needs benefits. This can exclude "living-wage-exempt" employees: apprentices, interns, temporary or project-based employees working no more than 45 days per year, minors working fewer than 35 hours per week, new hires whose probationary period does not exceed 90 days, or AmeriCorps members.
