You can run, bike, swim, yoga and/or rest!) 3. Following a non-diet lifestyle eating plan that includes treats4. Checking in with me and our faith + fitness support group to keep you accountable5. Growing strong in spirit as you commit to being healthy because an inside out transformation is the goal!
