Custom workshops can be provided via distance learning (blended training class combining self-paced courses and instructor led sessions) and occasionally on-site at a processor's location, training schedule permitting.

NOAA SI 3-day HACCP workshops meet the requirements outlined in 21 CFR Part 123.10 and NOAA Manual 1.6.2.
