Please be sure to provide an accurate email address, North American phone number (+1), and any information related to your order to maximize efficiency.

Please take note of the following:

All returns need to be in original packaging FREE OF ANY MARKINGS, and cannot have been installed. BEC does not issue refunds for used electronics.

All RETURNS received for credit are SUBJECT to a restocking fee. This does not apply to warranty exchanges, if you have paid for an advanced replacement. Advanced replacements carry a flat charge of $39.95 to cover round-trip shipping if you are in immediate need of a replacement.

Shipping costs from the original order are not refunded.

Credits will be applied back to the original payment method used at the time of order. Checks will be sent back to the address listed on the original check.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when returning unwanted purchases.
