Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey from the Kentucky Museum and Heritage Alliance! 

The goal of this survey is to identify and hear from all cultural institutions in Kentucky about the current cultural landscape. It is designed to gather information about the work your institution does, the communities you serve, and the opportunities and challenges you are navigating. 

The survey should take 20-25 minutes to complete, and all information gathered will help us identify trends, strengths, and gaps across the field and inform future planning and resources. We know your time is valuable, and we appreciate your participation as each answer we receive makes our data stronger. 

Responses will be collected through the end of May 2026. A summary of the results will be available, and early findings will be released in Fall of 2026. 

Please note: This survey is being conducted as a census of cultural institutions in Kentucky. All questions are optional, but we ask that you answer as many as you can to better help us serve the Kentucky cultural community. Your responses will be kept confidential, and no individual organization will be identified without permission. We ask that each institution submit one response to represent your organization.
