I acknowledge that the Mercer Tennis Club requires all collegiate club teams to complete a Participation Agreement prior to paying. By signing below, I verify my club tennis team will be participating in the Mercer Club Tennis Fall Classic 2018. I also acknowledge that if my team backs out of the tournament after September 19th, 2018, the entry fee must still be paid.
