Target Audience: MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs
Join us for the American College of Rheumatology’s (ACR) Rural Health Outreach Project (RHOP) Lupus Education and Networking Event, designed for MDs, DOs, PAs, and NPs serving rural communities. Our goal is to foster lasting connections between healthcare providers and rheumatologists in underserved areas.
This FREE event will also increase awareness about lupus signs and symptoms, what to do if lupus is suspected, and when to consider lupus in differential diagnosis for high-risk groups.
The ACR RHOP is designed to reduce health disparities and time to lupus diagnosis in rural communities by educating healthcare providers and improving referral connections. The project consists of virtual and/or live meetings implemented by rural Area Health Education Centers (AHECs) between ACR member rheumatologists and prescribing providers who serve in rural communities. RHOP events provide a vital platform to link healthcare providers with rheumatologists in areas with limited rheumatology care access.
Your participation will help deliver appropriate care to patients with undiagnosed or diagnosed lupus, ensuring they receive consistent care.
Registration is limited to the first 40 providers to sign up!
