Hello and thank you for your interest in LIBRARYCON'22 with The Beaver County Library System: 11 libraries under one roof! Last year's event was a great success and we anticipate a larger turnout this year. Please review the FAQS and we look forward to seeing you in October! If you want more exposure for your organization, and wish to network, gain more partnerships, volunteers, employees, etc. LIBRARYCON is a great way to showcase what you offer for our communities.

FAQS-

TARGET AUDIENCE is family-centered with ages 6-11 and 18+ being your highest demographic.

We recommend each organization also choose a theme for their booth/table with hand-outs, freebies, or an activity. If you would like to sponsor an activity or entertainment, please see the final question below.

DRESS: Casual. Costumes aren't necessary but they are always encouraged. LIBRARYCON is definitely a picture-op worthy event.  
 
FEEDBACK: 100% of those surveyed said they loved LIBRARYCON and they would return with family and friends.

NUMBERS: Last year's three-hour event attendance for our first-ever LIBRARYCON was estimated at  350+ participants. This year will be four-hours and is estimated to grow.

**FEES are waived for all charitable or non-profit organizations**

TABLES: You can request up to 2 tables. Each table measurement is 30x72

LIBRARYCON REGISTRATION will begin in August via EventBrite. This event is free to the public.

SPACE LAYOUT:  Two weeks prior to the event you will receive a map with the event layout. Day of, when you arrive, all tables spaces will be out with your name and booth number – if you need help, just find a LIBRARYCON team member (look for the lanyards) to help.

PRESS: LIBRARYCON is covered in Macaroni Kid Robinson, The Beaver County Times, and we hope to be working with Beaver County Events.

SOCIAL MEDIA: Paid and organic ads will be placed via Facebook and Instagram. Our monthly, combined, organic reach is 80k with a combined 10k followers.

 SET UP/BREAK DOWN: Procedures will be shared in your acceptance email.
