As a Director, you'll be expected to participate. Below are details about your expectations. Do you agree to the following?

As a Board Director, you are expected to:

  1. Time Commitment
    • Dedicate an average of 4-8 hours per month (an average of 1-2 hours per week) to board meetings, and committee work.
    • Additional time may be required for special projects or initiatives based on your level of involvement.
  2. Board Meetings
    • Attend and actively participate in quarterly Board meetings (typically 1.5 hours each).
    • Be prepared by reviewing pre-circulated materials in advance.
  3. Committee Participation
    • Volunteer for or lead committees/sub-committees aligned with your expertise and interests, supporting governance, advocacy, or finance-related work. (1 internal or external committee)
