Application for Graduate Research Assistants
Berkeley Law's Business in Society Institute (described here - studies the changing role of companies in society and its impact on corporate governance and sustainability. Professor Stavros Gadinis and Amelia Miazad are seeking a number of Graduate Research Assistants to engage in research projects in this emerging area of law. Research projects will be varied and include an analysis of how companies govern sustainability, trends in sustainable investing from mainstream investors, sustainability and its compatibility with Delaware Law, and increased corporate activity on social and political issues.

- Approximately 8-10 hours per week
- This research appointment can be structured to accommodate units or pay. The pay ranges depend on percentage of time but is roughly $18 per hour.
