ART Cohort Application - 2025-2026

Affinity-Based Space for Classroom Educators, Teacher Leaders, and Instructional Coaches who identify as White: Continue on your anti racist journey with a community of White teachers who are committed to their own will, skill, and application of leaning into the practice and mess that is unlearning Whiteness, while holding the nuance of power as a classroom educator and staff team member. Develop your racial identity development mindset and practices to cultivate learning environments of liberation and belonging.

*We meet live as a whole group 6 times on the 6 dates bolded above (Kickoff, Self, etc.) from 5-7pm Mountain Time. Based on feedback from the past cohorts, we hold the time on the additional Tuesdays for all parts of the program so the time is dedicated for folks. Triads are welcome to use this time or set a separate time that works well for you all. Maren and I offer coaching both during the dedicated Tuesday time AND additional times.
