This regional RIPL is co-sponsored by the Montana State Library and the Wyoming State Library and presented by the Colorado State Library with funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
Montana and Wyoming librarians and public library trustees may register anytime beginning July 1st. Librarians and public library trustees from other states must wait until August 1st to register.
The event is FREE to attend. All attendees must commit to attend October 7th and 8th. Attendance at the pre-conference session on the afternoon of October 6th is optional, but strongly encouraged. Lunch, a light breakfast and snacks are provided. Attendees make their own hotel arrangements.
Conference hotel: a room block has been reserved at the Best Western Clocktower Inn in Billings for accommodations at the MT state rate $94/sgl; Contact the hotel and ask for the room block under the Montana State Library (406) 259-5511. This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Billings Public Library where the conference activities take place.
