Count Me In – Community Learning Opportunities and In-Person Enrichment Program – Interest Form

Count Me In is a three-part program offered by the Department of Mathematics at the University of Toronto, sponsored by NSERC PromoScience, dedicated to reducing math anxiety and building positive math experiences for both educators and elementary students.

The program brings teachers together through conferences and community learning opportunities, while also engaging students directly through an in-person enrichment program in schools. By supporting educators with effective strategies and giving students hands-on, supportive learning environments, Count Me In aims to make math more approachable, enjoyable, and confidence-building.

We are hosting opportunities to continue learning and collaborating throughout the year:

Community Learning Opportunities Workshops: We will host four virtual sessions throughout the year.
In-Person Enrichment Program *: We are also facilitating school-based volunteer opportunities and would love to know if your school would be interested.

* Note: The In-Person Enrichment Program has been finalized for the 2025–26 academic year, and we are no longer accepting registration of interest for it. Check back in the summer for updates on next year!
