[2019] Pokemon Video Game Registration
This registration form provides our sanctioned Tournament Organizer with the ability to gather information required by The Pokemon Company International (TPCi) for the sanctioning and reporting of events. You will only need to submit this information once per person, per event, unless you are submitting an update.

To instantly receive a Pokemon Organized Play (POP) identification number online, do the following:
1. Create or log into your Pokémon Trainer Club account at Pokemon.Com.
2. Click on your profile picture on the left side of the page. If your account is new, the picture may be an empty circle.
3. The page will slide out, then click on "View Your Profile" on the top of that page.
4. Click on "Play! Pokémon Settings" on the menu on the left side of the page.
5. Tick "Please assign me a new Player ID number," accept the Terms and Conditions of the Play! Pokémon program and then press Submit. You may need to include additional information.
6. Congratulations, you should now have a POP identification number!
7. Copy that number as you will need to use it with our forms and to receive Championship/Play Points.

Dependent upon your browser or device, you may need to take an additional step to complete the process.
