On
Monday, Aug 24, from 10a - 12p, Rachel and Kyla will be hosting their first ever collective grieving space. Rachel has recently completed a certification with the
Good Grief Network's FLOW Facilitation Course, and is ready to put her training to work in the Grand Traverse County area.
The Climate Crisis is too big for any one of us to get our hands and hearts around individually. This offering is an opportunity to share with others how we are feeling about the changes that we see, hold one another up emotionally, so that we may invest in meaningful effort.
This 2-hour sharing space will focus on the physical and mental impacts of the recent extreme weather events, including wildfire smoke and air quality alerts. Capacity is limited to 13 people in order to allow for purposeful conversation. Sign up is first come, first served. When your sign up is accepted you will receive a welcome email with the meeting location.
Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be served. $5 suggested donation to NMEAC suggested.
