Asana’s application process has several stages, including phone interviews, skill assessments, and in-person interviews.
Examples of reasonable accommodations during the application process may include making a change to the process, granting additional time to complete assessments, changing the location of an interview for accessibility purposes, altering how the interview is conducted or providing documents in a different format, using a sign language interpreter, or using specialized equipment.
Providing Asana with notice of your need for a reasonable accommodation is voluntary and will not affect your application for employment in any way. Any information provided will be kept secure in accordance with Asana’s obligations under state and federal law and will not be shared with anyone involved in hiring decisions. Through this form, Asana will collect your name, contact information, and the requested reasonable accommodation in order to provide any reasonable accommodations during the process. Please note that Asana may need supporting medical documentation in some circumstances.
