TERMS OF SERVICE

COMMUNICATION:
Artist may communicate with you via Telegram, Twitter, or Email. Other methods of communication will need to be addressed with artist prior to commencement of work. It is strongly encouraged that you use the method you check most often to prevent delays in your project. Please inform your artist what time zone you are in. We have clients all around the world and are happy to work with you during your waking hours. We are in California, USA.

SHIPPING:
Shipping will be determined prior to delivery, and charged before product is sent. Wait times may vary for hood construction and delivery.

PAYMENT DETAILS:
At this time, only payments through PayPal are accepted, and must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your Paypal Invoice. Failure to pay within the time frame will result in order cancellation and you will need to submit your order again when another slot becomes available.

Item Details:
Blanks are $500 ($550 Hyena/Tiger) and full assembled. Raw pulls are plain black and $350 USD, regardless of size or mold type, and include one fully constructed Zipper, one hair flap, and one small container of Latex Glue.

Returns:
Returns will not be accepted for mishandled pulls and materials. If a return is desired it must be within 30 days of receiving and pull cannot be started (cut, cleaned up, glued, or colored, etc), this also applies to Blanks.

Replacement Parts:
If a new Zipper, flap or extra glue is needed for hood/mask construction, there will be a $25 minimal charge for each. Please follow the instructions in the video to avoid this need.

Adding handpaws to the order adds $200 to the estimated total. Hand Paws sizes currently are M/L and L/XL. Final totals are determined at time of sale.

Mitts are a 1 size fits most, If your mitts are too big or too small, a more custom size option will be available soon.
