TOMODACHI Hawai'i Region -  Pāpale Launiu Workshop and Social
This is the sign up form for the TOMODACHI Alumni Hawai'i Regional event, Pāpale Launiu Workshop taking place on Sunday, June 29th, 2025 from 11AM-2PM HST at Magic Island Beach Park, Honolulu. Please submit this form to sign up, and meet Regional Representative Max Malmud on June 29th no later than 10:45AM HST. 

Join special guest, Jaime Abrazado, as Jaime teaches us how to make pāpale lau niu (woven coconut frond hat) while socializing with TOMODACHI alumni! This is a FREE event with light snacks and drinks provided. Attendees are asked to bring their own non-serrated knife (no scissors or butter knives) and mat/towel to sit on.

This event is also welcome to guests of TOMODACHI alumni so please feel free to bring friends!
