Creekview Cares - plan philanthropy opportunities for students and families

Creekview Connect/Spanish Liaison - coordinate meet & greet events for new Creekview families. Help communicate necessary information to Spanish speaking CES families

Community Engagement- Plans & coordinates parent and grade-level events to encourage school community connections. Ex: Pastries with Parents, Walk & Roll, Kinder Playdate

Decor - Plans, executes seasonal decor on campus. Meet the Teacher, front office, vestibule, etc.

Fence Art (Fence Fairy) - seasonally decorate school fences

Field Trip Coordinator - plan, book and coordinate field trips for all grade levels

4th Grade Step Up - Plans, budgets, and organizes Step Up events for Creekside Park, also serving as a 4th Grade Level Room Parent Lead.

Haunted Library - plan, organize and oversee the Howl's Haunted Library

Hospitality - coordinate monthly staff luncheons and solicit donations for use at luncheons

Mascot - fulfill the role of Callie the Cougar

Room Parent Coordinator - manage & coordinate all Room Parent Leads and Room Parents

Silent Auction - plan annual Spring auction including running the website, organize raffle, and contact businesses for donations

Spirit Night - organizing "Spirit Events" from businesses within the community

Spirit Wear - plan, design and oversee purchasing & selling of Spirit Wear

Teacher Appreciation - coordinate teacher appreciation themed days and National TA Week, oversee Grade level & Teacher Experiences for Silent Auction

Treat Trolley - coordinate monthly treat trolley for staff

If you are interested in being a Chairperson on the PTO General Board, please select your position of interest. These positions have voting rights.

Communications Chairperson - maintaining PTO website, creating biweekly newsletters and overseeing all social media. Attends and works at all fundraising events.

Fundraising Events Chairperson - managing all aspects of Fundraising Events including the Howl and Color Craze and recruiting and overseeing all committees for events

Sponsorship Chairperson - coordinating and executing donations program to support school programs, soliciting community sponsorships and working with sponsors at Fundraising Events

Volunteer Chairperson - creating all signups and coordinating volunteers for all school and PTO events. Required to attend & work fundraising events.
