Fill out the form below to be considered as one of the talents for CreativiTEA Open Mic in Redwood City, an open mic night for all types of Asian artists to display their diverse talents. (Preference for artists who live and/or work in San Mateo County.)
 
NOTE: DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF SUBMISSIONS, YOU MUST RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM US IN ORDER TO BE A CONFIRMED PERFORMER. We send out confirmation emails after we have looked at all the submissions for the event. This means just because you have submitted a form, does not mean you will be performing.

Artist arrival and sound checks: 4:00pm
Doors Open: 5pm
Show: 5:30 - 7pm

**Selected artists will be compensated a modest stipend.
