Santa Clara Schools Foundation Citizenship Award – Nomination Form
To support and recognize outstanding students, a teacher, administrator, or parent group officer may nominate a student for a Citizenship Award. Up to two $500 awards may be given per high school. Nominations must be submitted by March 31. Recipients will be notified by June.
