Bemidji Jaycees Water Carnival America's 250th Celebration Window Display Contest
The Bemidji Jaycees will be sponsoring the Water Carnival America's 250th Window Decorating Contest. There is no entry fee to participate.

We are encouraging the downtown businesses to decorate their windows with 4th of July themed window displays to celebrate America's 250th Celebration as part of the Bemidji Jaycees Water Carnival! We ask that your window displays are completed by June 15th, 2026, so that we can help promote your festive display. A Jaycee member will coming to take photos of your window for promotion purposes.

The public will vote from June 22nd-July 5th, 2026, through our People's Choice Award Google Form. An independent panel of judges will also be voting in that same time frame for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Contest Winners. Winners will receive an award and be announced on our social media. 

To be eligible, please register your business through this form by Monday, June 1st . All windows must have a sign that states they are participating in the contest. A Jaycee will deliver the requested amount of window signs indicated in your registration after you register.
