****PLEASE NOTE: this matinee is a CHOIR ONLY PERFORMANCE (no band). This show has no giveaway baskets, no desserts, and limited food and drinks.****

Because the shows will sell out, all tickets reservations will be filled on a first reserved and paid basis. All tickets reservations are subject to cancellation if no payment is received within two business days of your request being received.

All tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided.

Please note that we can only guarantee you will be able to sit with your party if you purchase a reserved table. Otherwise all tickets are General Admission/First come, first serve.

Giveaway tickets will also be available at the giveaway table on the day of your show. We accept cash, checks, and paypal.

This is a reservation form, when you click submit you will not be directed to pay. Instead, you will receive an email from phschoircabaret@gmail.com with your directions on how to pay. All payment are required within two business days of reservation form submission or they will be cancelled.

ALL PROFITS: All profits are shared 50/50 with PHS Choir Boosters and PHS Band Boosters.

NONREFUNDABLE: I understand that this is a fundraiser and all payments given to the PHS Choir/Band Booster Clubs are nonrefundable.

MATINEE TICKETS: I understand that the Saturday matinee is a CHOIR ONLY performance. There will be no BAND at this show. I also understand that there will be limited dessert and drink options.

IMPORTANT:
THESE SHOWS WILL SELL OUT. All orders will be filled first come first serve basis. If you we have not received payment in appropriate amount of time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and move to the next guest. If your reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, we will email you first and give you 24 hours to settle.

All PAYPAL REQUESTS and confirmation emails are sent by a human, so please allow a couple hours for confirmation email to arrive.
