Whole Pork Cut Sheet
Please make sure to submit the sheet when you have finished

* This symbol will indicate the Butcher's suggestion throughout your cut sheet. You may always choose different cuts, but if you are unsure what to choose, look for the asterisk.

All products will be vacuum packaged

The following are our standard cuts unless otherwise specified this is how your cuts will be prepared:
• Chops will be cut to 1"
• Shoulder Steaks and Blade Chops will 1 per package
• All other chops will be packaged 2 per package
• Sliced products will be packaged one lb. per package
• All ground pork will be packaged in one lb. packages
• All ground pork products will be batch processed with other customers pork to fill batch minimums, unless
customer can fill batch minimum.
Additional charges:
• $1.25/lb for bulk sausage
• $2.50/lb for linked sausage
• $1.75/lb flavored patties
• $1.50/lb for curing
• $2.25/lb for celery root cured products
