Description and Responsibilities: We're seeking organized and motivated individuals to join our team as Recruiting Assistants. This is a 2-4 week program with room for advancement and longevity! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment efforts by performing 1 or multiple of the following tasks:
Responsibilities can include:
- Running information sessions to educate potential candidates about our company, culture, and opportunities
- Conducting one-on-one interviews over the phone or computer to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for various roles
- Managing social media marketing initiatives, including content creation, posts, and private messages to engage with potential candidates and build our talent pipeline
- Handling scheduling and rescheduling tasks to coordinate interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities
Qualifications:
- Friendly and positive demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Demonstrated success in building and engaging with a significant following across various social media platforms. *must be on 3+ social platforms
- Access to laptop and high-speed internet
