EA talent needs survey - 2017
This survey is aimed to help 80,000 Hours, CEA and the community as a whole fill your talent and funding gaps.

Note many questions are optional. If you find yourself stalled on a question and it's going to make you less likely to finish the survey and submit, feel free to skip it.

A senior hire is roughly a founder, or manager with 5 years’ relevant experience. Imagine that in the meantime the person neither gains nor loses skills (they reappear in 3 years the same as today). If you haven't hired anyone like this recently, imagine what you would answer for a likely hire you might make in the next year.
For a typical recent *Junior* hire, how much financial compensation would you have needed to receive today, to make you indifferent about one of them not having been available for you or anyone to hire for a further 3 years?
A junior hire is roughly an entry level employee after 6-12 months of experience. Imagine that in the meantime the person neither gains nor loses skills (they reappear in 3 years the same as today).
