Thank you for your faithful support of the Thomas Road Baptist Church (TRBC) ministry. Due to that faithfulness, Liberty Christian Academy (LCA), in conjunction with the TRBC Board of Deacons, offers a tuition discount for all tithing members. TRBC Member Services will verify all tithing records in accordance with the guidelines per the Liberty Christian Academy/TRBC Tithing Member Discount Program.

The TRBC Discount for the 2024-2025 school year is 5% of published tuition rates. If applicable, this discount is pro-rated inside of the multi-child discount and can be received in addition to tuition assistance (TA). Application and qualification to receive this discount is an annual process and is at the sole discretion of TRBC. LCA and TRBC make no guarantees for future availability of this program or discount levels.

Due to budget projections for 2024-2025, the deadline to apply for this discount is February 5, 2024.

PLEASE NOTE: No TRBC tithing member discount applications for the 2024-2025 school year will be accepted after this date!

The LCA School Board and TRBC Board of Deacons have set forth the following guidelines:

• The individual who signs the LCA tuition contract as the financially responsible person and is requesting this discount must be one and the same person and have properly completed the TRBC Connect Class and/or is an official member on record of Thomas Road Baptist Church.
• The individual is the only person whose membership and tithing record will be verified by TRBC Member Services and the only person whose child(ren) is eligible for this discount.  
• The individual must have regular tithing records confirmed by TRBC Member Services representing at least 10% of the individual’s income.
• The individual’s tuition account may not exceed $800 past due at any point. If the account should become $800 or more past due, LCA reserves the right to terminate and remove the discount.

In order to qualify for this discount, you must e-sign the following statement. After submitting this application, the LCA Office of Student Accounts (OSA) will send your application to TRBC Member Services. Once the application is verified, TRBC Member Services will communicate with LCA regarding the application's approval or denial. TRBC Member Services will notify those whose applications have been denied. LCA will post the discount to approved applicant's FACTS tuition account once TRBC Member Services has approved the application. All discounts will be posted prior to the new school year's first scheduled draft.

"I hereby affirm that I am an active member and regular attender of Thomas Road Baptist Church. I also hereby affirm that I donate to TRBC each year an amount equal to 10% of my family’s annual gross income from all sources. I understand these donations will be documented by TRBC Member Services through all sources such as online giving, checks, and cash using the church-printed and numbered envelope system. I also hereby affirm that I will maintain my LCA account in good financial standing in accordance with school policy and will not allow my account to be more than $800 past due at any point. If my account should become $800 or more past due, I understand LCA reserves the right to terminate and remove the discount. My student(s) will maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA, attend school regularly, and have no major discipline issues throughout the year. I understand that violation of any of these requirements will result in the termination and removal of my discount. I realize that I am authorizing TRBC Member Services to check my tithing record."
