Session 3 Clough Enrichment 2019-2020
Welcome to our online platform for Enrichment! Please be sure to fill out the form below with the necessary information to help facilitate your child's enrichment registration. Most importantly, please make sure you send in your payment (cash or check) the very next day. Your child's registration is not considered to be complete until payment is received, and you risk losing that spot in a class. If possible, please write a separate check for each class. Should a class not run due to low enrollment separate checks make it easier to refund your money. Please know it is a first come first serve basis for all classes. Classes fill up very quickly and some classes have a maximum amount of students allowed. If a class is no longer listed on this form it is because it is full. Session 3 will run from February 3th to April 3rd. ALL FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY January 29th for final sign-up.

Submitting this form gives the student named above permission to participate in the MURSD Enrichment Program. The above-named student will abide by behavior expectations outlined in the Student Handbook. Parents and/or guardians must make arrangements for transportation home for PM classes. Students need to be picked up by 4:30 PM, unless otherwise noted by enrichment instructor. Morning drop off is at 8:00 AM.
