SPS 3s Registration 2021-22
Thank you for your interest in Shallowford Presbyterian School's 3s program! Please read all instructions before completing the form below.

Your child MUST be 3 years old by Sept. 1, 2021 in order to enroll in the 3s class.

Your child must be FULLY INDEPENDENTLY POTTY TRAINED and able to change their clothes independently by the start of school in order to be enrolled in the 3s class.

Preschool classes are filled at a first come, first served basis.

Tuition will be $230/mo for 2-day classes (T/Th), $280/mo for 3-day classes (MWF), and $360/mo for 5 day classes. Upon acceptance and enrollment, payments of $150 registration fee and May 2022 tuition prepayment (to be applied in May 2022) are due. Both of these payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
