Please complete a new form for EACH child you would like to register for the school year listed above. Once submitted, you will be notified within one week if your child is placed. If the class you have requested fills up, we will offer placement on a wait list, as space becomes available.
Please Note: Your child's registration is not complete until the $60 registration fee is received by the Preschool Office. The $60 registration is per family, not per registered child.
