School technology and communications staff maintain a list of students whose parents have requested that their photographs, etc. not be used—within the community, for promotional purposes, or both. We attempt to honor those requests where reasonable. However, it may not be reasonable to honor such a request if, for example, a child is one of a significant number of people in a group. Further, since staff may not recognize students on the list, it is possible that photographs, etc. may be inadvertently used. Parents can request for specific media be removed and, unless that media is in an outside publication/website, the request can usually be accommodated within a short period of time.
