Hello beautiful, welcome to the application for 1:1 somatic coaching. What an honor it would be to guide and support you on your journey of creating an unshakable relationship with yourself.
This work is for you if you have a deep desire for a life where you are in love with who you are, fulfilled in what you do, inspired by the life you live, and to have thriving, loving relationships.
The support I offer you is unique to you and your journey, but rooted in the principles I teach within which are:
- Healing the Inner Child and connecting to the Inner Mother and Father.
- Somatic Awareness and Nervous System Healing. Connecting back to the intelligence in your body and coming out of survival mode.
- Trauma Resolution. Releasing yourself from pain, unresolved emotions, and experiences so you may find freedom from your past.
- Subconscious re-programming and letting go of outdated belief systems and habitual ways of living.
- Emotional Intelligence and Capacity. Widening your range to be with the fullness of all of your feelings.
- Shadow work & Integration. Taking a good hard look at the parts of yourself you avoid, deny, or reject and learn to love them and free yourself from shame.
- Connecting to and aligning to your gifts, sharing them with the world in a way that feel energizing for you.
- Returning to play, pleasure, slowness, and presence in life.
This coaching container is an energetic, mental, emotional, financial and time investment that is not to be taken lightly. Be fully committed and allow yourself to be transformed.
This is for the woman who is READY to go DEEP WITHIN herself, transform her life, receive a ton of support and powerful reflection, and most importantly be held in the utmost reverence and love.
This coaching container is a MINIMUM of 4 months. After 4 months you may feel complete or you may choose to continue working together.
-Our first call is a 90 minute deep dive call to set the intention of our time together, vision, set boundaries, release expectations, and for me to hear your story and dive into the work.
-One 60-75 minute call (Zoom or Phone Call) every week
