1. Contest is open to everyone, with the exception of the employees and employees’ immediate family members of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong. 此活動開放予公眾，但不包括香港萬麗海景酒店員工和其直系家庭成員。

2. Regardless number of entries submitted by participants, each participant is only eligible to be awarded once per contest.無論參加者提供多少次答案，每位參加者於每一回遊戲只可獲得一次得獎資格。

3. Entry submitted after the campaign period listed in above will not be counted.於上例活動時間過後提交的答案將不獲受理。

4. Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is not responsible for any delayed submission due to computer, network and other technical problems.任何因電腦、網路等技術問題而引致參加者所遞交的資料有延誤等情況，香港萬麗海景酒店概不負責。

5. The selected participants will be announced on Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong's Facebook page within 3 working days after the contest. 被選中的參加者將於活動完結後3個工作天內於香港萬麗海景酒店的 Facebook專頁公佈。

6. Selected participants must contact Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong within 2 days upon winner announcement. Winners who fail to reply on time will be deemed to have forfeited their prizes. 被選中的參加者必須在香港萬麗海景酒店公佈得獎結果起計2天內與我們聯繫，逾期或資料不全將作自動放棄論。

7. Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong is not responsible for any unsuccessful delivery of prize notification email as a result of incorrect information submitted by participants.如因參加者提供的聯絡資料有誤而導致香港萬麗海景酒店未能成功聯繫被選中的參加者，香港萬麗海景酒店概不負責。

8. Participants must provide correct and true information, including name, valid email address and contact number. If Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong discovers any false information, the hotel has the right to disqualify the respective participants without further notice.參加者必須提供正確和真實的資料，包括姓名，有效的電子郵件地址及電話。香港萬麗海景酒店若發現參加者所提供之資料為虛假，香港萬麗海景酒店則有權取消其參賽資格而恕不另行通知。

9. All prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable in cash or any other products or services. 所有獎品不可兌換現金或其他服務及不可轉讓予他人使用。

10. All prizes have no cash value and will not be replaced if lost, expired or stolen. 所有獎品沒有現金價值，如有遺失，過期或被盜，亦將不獲補發。

11. All personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. Only participants who agreed to receive marketing information will receive news, events and other promotion information from Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong.是次活動所有個人信息將被保密處理而不會與任何其他第三方共享。只有參與者同意接收推廣訊息將收到來自香港萬麗海景酒店的推廣、活動及其他酒店的消息。

12. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook. 是次活動之禮品贊助，推行及管理與Facebook無關。

13. By submitting entries, participants agree to the terms and conditions, as well as guidelines and rules and have granted Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong the right to publish, adapt or display the entries in any manner or media. 任何參加者參加是次活動，即代表同意所有條款、細則、相關指引和規則並授予香港萬麗海景酒店於任何媒體以任何形式公佈，應用或展示其答案。

14. By submitting entries, participants agree to the terms and conditions, as well as guidelines and rules. So Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong has the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions, as well as guidelines and rules.任何參加者參加是次活動，即代表同意所有條款、細則、相關指引和規則。因此香港萬麗海景酒店有權取消任何違反條款、細則、相關指引和規則的參加者的資格。

15. In case of any disputes, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.如有任何爭議，香港萬麗海景酒店保留最終決定權。
