Courtesy Crew: Monitor participants to ensure they have their wristband before entering, oversee crowd management within the venue, provide guidance to runners, spectators, and the public regarding navigation and amenities, and encourage participants to report to their assigned positions 30 minutes before the start time.

Starting Point Pens Crew: Ensure participants are in their assigned Holding PENS and hold onto barricade chains to prevent them from entering other Start PENS.

Route Marshal: Monitor for potential hazards and report incidents on the course, provide directions to runners, spectators, and the public, maintain course safety by clearing debris and obstacles, ensure runners follow the designated route, and assist in timely setup of course logistics.

Race Village Management crew: Guide participants from different drop-off points to the Runner Village entrance, offer event and directional information to runners and the public, and support security personnel in crowd management near the venue.

Information Booth Crew: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the event day flow and details and acquaint yourself with the event layout and nearby surroundings for efficient assistance.
